Physical Gift Cards: $4.99 card fee applies in addition to the loaded value. A $100 Gift Card costs $104.99 and carries $100 value.
Validity: Gift Cards are valid for *3 years from the date of issue*, unless otherwise permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
Redemption: Redeemable at MBRÓUD Casuarina Square and online at MBROUD.COM.AU, where enabled. Cards can be used over multiple purchases until the balance is $0 or expires.
Balance: If your purchase exceeds the balance, simply pay the difference. Any unused balance remains on the card. No cash change is given.
Refunds: Gift Cards and physical card fees are non-refundable for change of mind and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Lost/Stolen Cards: Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may only be replaced where MBRÓUD can verify the card and remaining balance.
Promotions: Gift Cards may be used with eligible promotions unless stated otherwise and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Promotional/Complimentary Cards: Promotional, complimentary, competition or corporate Gift Cards may have separate conditions where permitted by law.
Misuse: MBRÓUD may refuse or cancel cards reasonably suspected of fraud, duplication or misuse.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
