These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from MBRÓUD AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, trading as MBRÓUD, including purchases made through our online store or retail store in Casuarina Square, NT, Australia. By purchasing from MBRÓUD you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

MBRÓUD operates both an online store and a physical retail store in Casuarina Square, NT, Australia, selling fragrance products including perfumes and perfume oils.

2. Products

Our perfumes and perfume oils are hand-filled and are produced in small batches. Minor variations in colour, packaging, or presentation may occur. Product images on our website are illustrative only.

All products are intended for external use only. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test prior to full application.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

MBRÓUD reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues occur. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. MBRÓUD reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Online Orders)

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate.

6. Returns & Refunds

MBRÓUD complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or a full refund if the goods fail to be in acceptable condition.

7. Custom or Made to Order Products

Custom or personalised fragrance products cannot be returned for change of mind. However, this does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

All branding, logos, product names, images and content are the property of MBRÓUD and may not be reproduced without written permission.
