Shipping Policy
This Shipping policy applies to both online and in store purchases from MBRÓUD, a brand by MBRÓUD AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high demand periods.
2. Delivery Timeframe
MBRÓUD aims to deliver orders within 24 hours from order confirmation where possible. As we operate an in-house delivery service, delivery times may vary depending on order volume, distance, and scheduling.
3. Daily Delivery Window
Orders received before 1:00 PM are scheduled for delivery on the same day between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM where possible. Orders received after 1:00 PM may be delivered the following delivery day.
4. Delivery Notification
Customers will receive a confirmation text message approximately 30 minutes before the delivery arrives at the provided delivery address.
5. Secure Drop & Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If you will not be available, you must contact MBRÓUD before 1:00 PM to arrange another delivery time. Customers may alternatively request a secure drop location. By selecting secure drop, the customer accepts responsibility for any theft, loss, or damage after delivery. If delivery fails because no one is available and no secure drop was requested, redelivery may incur an additional delivery fee.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable at the address, MBRÓUD may contact the customer to arrange another delivery time. Additional delivery attempts may incur a delivery fee.
7. Delays
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, traffic, or other factors outside our control. MBRÓUD will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if delays occur.
8. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. MBRÓUD is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this delivery policy excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to goods that are lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in delivery.
