1. Fragrance Inspiration

MBRÓUD fragrances are independent scent interpretations inspired by popular fragrance profiles.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any designer brands. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive comparison purposes.

2. Patch Testing

Our fragrance oils and perfumes are highly concentrated. Customers are advised to conduct a small patch test on skin before full application to check for for any alergic reactions.

3. Allergies and Skin Sensitivity

Individual reactions to fragrance ingredients can vary. If irritation occurs, discontinue use

immediately.

4. Refunds Related to Allergic Reactions

If a customer experiences a confirmed allergic reaction after reasonable use (such as a patch test) MBRÓUD may offer a refund or exchange at it's discretion. The product must show minimal use.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and fit for use.

6. Proper Use

MBRÓUD is not responsible for reactions caused by misuse of the product, mixing with other chemicals or fragrances, improper storage, or application to broken or irritated skin.
