Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to both online and in store purchases from MBRÓUD AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, trading as MBRÓUD, and operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or a full refund if the product is faulty or damaged.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, MBRÓUD does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used fragrance products, samples, testers, or custom fragrances.
3. Online Orders – Sample Testing Policy
Online orders of all full size fragrances may include a complimentary sample to allow customers to test the fragrance before opening the full product. If the fragrance is not suitable, customers must contact MBRÓUD within 7 days of delivery. The full size bottle must remain unopened, unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or incorrect, customers should contact MBRÓUD within 48 hours and provide photographs. MBRÓUD will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs will be refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. In Store Purchases
In store customers are able to test fragrances before purchase. Because products are prepared or dispensed after customer selection, change of mind refunds are not offered for in store purchases. This does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
